Lineal Construction Inc. was incorporated on February 17, 2004 as a licensed Domestic Profit Corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For over twenty years we have operated out of Duxbury, MA, building custom single-family homes across Southeastern Massachusetts.
Every project we take on is managed directly by our team, start to finish. No hand-offs to subcontractors for the work that matters. Just one crew responsible for everything from breaking ground to final walkthrough.
As a licensed general contractor under SIC 1521 and NAICS 236115, we specialize in new single-family home construction, custom builds, and residential additions. We work closely with homeowners and architects from early planning through certificate of occupancy.
